Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Our Body Back Mini Sessions are our 4 week programs done twice a year in November and December. They are designed to give you the Body Back experience with out doing the full 6 week program.

Body Back Transformation is our 6 week program designed to give you the health and fitness results that you have been looking for. Each session includes accountability group, meal plan, recipe book, live workouts with certified trainers, at home workouts, weekly challenges and more!

Our 12 week training program is designed for runners of all levels. We train together each week and then run a race together as a team at the end of the program.
