// M E A L TIP M O N D A Y // If you are anything like me, your mornings can be incredibly hectic. One of my favorite go to healthy breakfasts is OVERNIGHT OATS. They are so easy that you can't afford not to try them out as a busy mama. Plus, they will give you lots of energy for #strollerstrides . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Basic recipe: - 1/2 cup rolled oats - 1/2 cup unsweetened milk( I love coconut almond milk) - 1/3 cup Greek yogurt or 1 scoop protein powder - 1 tbl chia seeds - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract - 0-2 tsp sweetener of your choice (honey, maybe syrup, stevia, etc) Combine all ingredients in mason jar with air tight container, store in fridge and top with fruit in the morning. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . #fit4mom_sv #mealtipmonday #utahmom #strollerbarre #fitnessmotivation #allthemoms #strength4motherhood #busymom #fitmom #themotherhoodisreal
